that they are already up in the Ramsey area working on the Allina project). Shawn has worked with <br />Mike in the past. Mel Hopland of Bright Star Systems designs the inside of theaters. He too should be at <br />this meeting. All of us have put a significant amount of time in on this project so far and hope you will <br />be please with our plan. <br />In order to make this project happen we are requesting four things from the city. They are as follows: <br />• To sell me the two platted lots for $1.00 each as the city's donation to this project <br />• To combine and rezone the two lots in question to TC2 <br />• To do any necessary soil testing etc... and to <br />• Prepare and have ready all utilities so that we can come in as soon as the ground thaws and <br />start working. <br />The city will be able to complete its street, curb and gutter work while we are building everything on the <br />proposed project site. <br />By working together on this project, we can make this theater project a reality and it will be a <br />tremendous benefit to the community.
