Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #HRA- 11- 02 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2011 CITY OF RAMSEY HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HRA OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2011 is hereby adopted for the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Fund as follows: <br />HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (HRA Levy) $368,549 <br />Interest Earnings $ 2,500 <br />Total Revenues $371,049 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services 156,826 <br />Supplies 53,000 <br />Services and Charges 348,100 <br />Capital Outlay 90,000 <br />Other Financing Uses- 0 <br />Operating Transfers 0 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $647,926 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority this the 9th day of February, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairperson <br />
