First unit <br />arrived to find no injuries, remaining units cancelled. <br />o 2/22- Single vehicle P.I. on Hwy 10, east of Armstrong Blvd. Vehicle struck <br />power pole resulting in loss of traffic signals at intersection. No injuries. Crew <br />assisted with traffic until signal lights were restored. <br />o 2/27- Mutual Aid response to Anoka for a structure fire. Responding unit <br />cancelled in route. <br />• Fire Administration <br />o Met with business owner to resolve re- occurring false fire alarms <br />o Attended meeting with developers to discuss temporary C.O. requirements for the <br />Residence <br />o Peer counselors meeting at Centennial Fire <br />o Gathered documentation for shared fire service consultant <br />• Training this week: Area Familiarization & Radio Procedures <br />HR <br />• Review of strategic planning documents, related surveys & one -on -one with consultant <br />• Staffing/volunteer related activities (City Engineer, ED Manager, Seasonals, Reserves, <br />Assistant to CA, & Commissions) <br />• Labor agreement research & analyses <br />IT <br />• New PD Payment computer is in place and hopefully soon they'll be able to process all <br />existing payments through it. We just have some setup to do with LOGIS and RevTrak <br />first and then minor training. <br />• Addressed concerns raised during the Department Head meetings regarding the Ramsey <br />CoR site and the Ramsey Facebook page. <br />• Several small website changes including adding the State of the City Address and the <br />Request for Proposal of Legal Services form to the city website to name a few. <br />
