NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment will hold a public <br />hearing on Thursday, July 26, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Daryl Peterson for a variance from <br />the 200 foot public street frontage requirement on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 10, thence North on the West line thereof to the Northwest comer thereof; thence <br />East on the North line thereof a distance of 710.70 feet; thence South and parallel with the <br />West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10 a distance of 420 <br />feet; thence West parallel with the North line thereof a distance of 217.94 feet; thence South <br />parallel with the said West line to the South line of the said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 10; thence West along the said South line to the Southwest <br />comer thereof and back to the point of beginning, except the North 420 feet thereof. <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for a variance. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
