PROPOSED VARIANCE <br /> DARYL PETER$ON <br />P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0021 <br />JULY 20, 1990 <br /> <br />On July 26, 1990, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance to Mr. Daryl Peterson to the <br />street frontage requirements in the rural residential district. This variance was issued to that <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 10, thence North on the West line thereof to the Northwest corner thereof; thence <br />East on the North line thereof a distance of 710.70 feet; thence South and parallel with the <br />West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10 a distance of 420 <br />feet; thence West parallel with the North line thereof a distance of 217.94 feet; thence South <br />parallel with the said West line to the South line of the said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 10; thence West along the said South line to the Southwest <br />corner thereof and back to the point of beginning, except the North 420 feet thereof. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.0153G of the Ramsey City Code. This variance <br />is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions herein are complied with. The conditions of <br />this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Only one building permit will be issued for a residential structure on the subject property <br />and no further building permits will be issued until the subject property is platted in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Placement of any structure on the property shall take into consideration possible future <br />subdivision and extension of streets on the subject property. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the subject property shall have access to 166th Lane N.W. in accordance with an <br />easement agreement entered into by Mr. Daryl Peterson and the City of Ramsey relating to <br />P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0009. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />During that period of time in which the easement agreement is in effect, the occupant of the <br />subject property shall be responsible for maintaining that easement as a private driveway. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />At such time as the subject property is platted, the residential structure located on the <br />property will be provided access to a public road within said plat and the easement across <br />10-32-25-44-0009 will no longer be valid. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />Mr. Daryl Peterson hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of this variance and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this <br />variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
