PROPOSED VARIANCE <br /> FRONT YARD SETBACK <br />PIN 13-32-25-21-0020 <br />16361 DYSPROSIUM STREET N.W. <br />August 15, 1990 <br /> <br />On August 23, 1990, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section 170.015G <br />of the Ramsey City Code to permit Mr. Jack Mowry to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 16361 <br />Dysprosium Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 6, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Mn <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code.
