PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />REAR YARD SETBACK <br />35-32-25-22-0010 <br />14059 SUNFISH LAKE BLVD. N.W. <br />August 10, 1990 <br /> <br />On August 23, 1990, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from rear yard setback <br />requirements in Section 170.016I of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Paul Burzynski for the <br />manufacturing facility located at 14059 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. on property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The West 169.41 feet of Tract C Registered Land Survey No. 30, files of Registrar of <br />Titles, County of Anoka. Excepting from Tract C, Parcel 7A of Anoka County Highway <br />Right-of-Way Plat No. 1 according to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code.
