PROPOSED VARIANCE <br /> FRONT YARD SETBACK <br />PIN 22-32-25-22-0014 <br />15505 RAMSEY BLVD. N.W. <br /> <br />On November 7, 1990, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section <br />170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to permit Dorothy Schleper and the City of Ramsey to relocate <br />the dwelling unit to within the required front yard setback on the property generally known as <br />15505 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and legaliy described as follows: <br /> <br />The South Half of the South Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except road; subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuance to the authorization of Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The dwelling unit on the subject property shall be located no closer than thirty (30) <br />feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />All accessory structures on the subject property shall maintain the forty (40) foot <br />front yard setback requirement. <br /> <br />Dorothy Schleper hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that she has reviewed the <br />conditions of the variance and has agreed that she will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Dorothy Schleper <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />On this day of ., 1990, before me a Notary Public, personally <br />appeared Dorothy Schleper, to me known to be the person described in and who executed the <br />foregoing instrument and acknowledged that he/she executed the same as his/her free act and deed. <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br /> <br />
