19) <br /> <br />Resolution #89-12-339 approving pay estimate no. 1 (final) to W.B. Miller, Inc. <br />for Oakwood Hills Restoration in the amount of $4,382.10. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson, Cich <br />and DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Accepting Bids And Awarding Contract For <br />1989 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project <br />#89-18 (Handicap Accessibility): <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that per Council's direction of November 12, the City readvertised for <br />bids for Project #8% 18, handicap accessibility improvements at City Hall. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Hiltz of Graphic Design Architects stated that the City received 5 bids ranging <br />from $13,868 to $18,938 and recommended awarding the bid to Hunerberg Construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-340 receiving bids and awarding the contract for Project #89-18 (Handicap <br />Accessibility at Ramsey City Hall) to Hunerberg Construction in the amount of <br />$13,868.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson, Cich <br />and DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of Stanhope Terrace; <br />Case Of Marie Skiba: <br /> <br />Ann Canis and Tom Skiba were present representing Marie Skiba. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed plat of Stanhope Terrace has received preliminary plat <br />review by both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Park and Recreation <br />Commission. City Staff and the Commissions are recommending preliminary plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />the preliminary plat of Stanhope Terrace Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated <br />December 5, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson, Cich <br />and DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of Oleo Acres <br /> Addition; Case Of Boyd R. Hanson: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed plat of Oleo Acres consists of 19.3 acres to be <br />subdivided into 4 rural residential tots.
