Case #2: Adopt Ordinance Establishing Controls On The Construclion, <br /> Operation, Inspection, Monitoring And Maintenance Of ~'olid <br /> Waste Disposal Facilities: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley r~oted that the proposed ordinance to establish controls on solid waste disposal <br />facilities is an amendmcm to thc Zoning Ordinance and rt:quire'- a 4,'5 Council vote to be <br />adopted. Mr. Hartley recommended that consideration of the ordinance ~ tabled until there <br />is a full Council membership present. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmcmbcr Pearson to tabled <br />adoption of an ordinance estabishing controls on solid waste disposal facilities until the <br />next re~'ular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Peterson, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson <br />and Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #3: Adopt Ordinance Authorizing The Sale Of Cily Of Ramsey <br /> Property P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0009; Case Of Daryl Pelerson: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart recalled that the proposed ordinance for the sale of City property was <br />introduced at the last Council meeting. It is recommended that revenues generated from the <br />sale of the property be deposited in the Park Trust Fund and that the property owner be <br />required to consolidate 10-32-25-44-0009 with 10-32-25-44-0021. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to table <br />adoption of ordinance for the sale of City property PIN 10-32-25-44-0009 and request that <br />City Staff provide additional information regarding costs incurred bv the City associated <br />with the sale of the property (staff time, attorney fees, ad space) and the revenue that will <br />be generated by the subject parcel being reinstated on the property tax rolls. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Peterson, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson <br />and Cich. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Approving Plans And Specifications And <br />Ordering Advertisement For Bids For Improvement Projects <br />#87-27 And #89-14 (Juniper Woods Addition): <br /> <br />M_r. Raatikka stated that the plans and specifications for the construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer and streets for the plat of Juniper Woods have been completed and <br />approved by the Dep~m:ment of He~th and Metro Council. Mr. Raatikka recommended that <br />City Council authorize advertising for bids and set a bid opening date of April 24. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution ~'90-03-069 approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for <br />bids for Improvement Projects #87-27 and #89-14, with a bid opening date of April 24, <br />1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Peterson, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson <br />and Cich. Voting No: None.
