As an alternative, a planting screen may <br />consist of a continuous row of evergreen trees, no <br />less than four (4) feet in height at time of <br />planting and ten (10) feet apart. <br /> <br />Be_~m. If any <br />trees or shrubs die, the owners shall replace <br />them with a like species.
