Absent: Councilmember Peterson. <br />Case #6: Approve Regislered Land Survey For Front Street <br /> Improvement Project: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that City Staff is recommending that City Council approve a registered <br />land survey to enable the City to record a deed from the owner of property involved in the <br />Front Street Improvement Project. The subject property is torrens and the County will not <br />record a metes and bounds description; therefore, a registered land survey is necessary. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />Registered Land Survey for the following des~-u-ibed property: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br />The East 376.86 feet of that pan of Government Lot 3, Section 34, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southwesterly right-of- <br />way boundary line of Trunk Highway No. 10, as shown on Minnesota Department <br />Of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02-M5, filed as Anoka County Recorder <br />Doc. No. 541042. <br /> <br />(Said tract is also known as Lot I5, Auditor's Subdivision Number 30.) <br /> <br />The west line of Parcel I is marked by judicial landmarks set pursuant to Torrens <br />Case No. T-2245. <br /> <br />Porc¢t 2 <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 4, Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southwesterly right-of-way boundary <br />line of Trunk Highway No. 10, as shown on Minnesota Department Of <br />Transportation Monumentarion Plat 02-M5, filed as Anoka County Recorder Doc. <br />No. 541042, and westerly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the east line of said Government Lot 4, which point is <br />the West Quarter comer of Section 35 of said Township 32, Range 25; thence on an <br />assumed beating of North 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds West, along the east <br />line of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 154.98 feet to Monument A-88 on said <br />southwesterly right of way boundary line; thence North 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 <br />seconds west along said right of way boundary line a distance of 772.11 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 1 degree 05 <br />minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 314.02 feet; thence south 65 degrees 24 <br />minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 4.44 feet; thence South 1 degree 05 minutes <br />23 seconds East a distance of 337.57 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of the <br />Mississippi River and there terminating. <br /> <br />(Said tract is also known as Lot 14 and part of Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision <br />Number 30.) <br /> <br />The east line of Parcel 2 is marked by judicial landmarks set pursuant to Torrens <br />Case No. C6-79-2549. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
