WE THE U~DERSiGNED AGREE that the following conditions <br /> have not been complied with according to the City Council <br /> Resolution ~89-08-232 in regards to the Juniper Woods Final <br /> Plat approval on August 29, 1989. <br /> <br /> t. No graded haul route has been provided in~o the <br /> <br /> initial phase area to avoid burdening adjacent <br /> neighborhoods with construction traffic. <br /> <br /> 2. No temporary road has been placed on that part <br /> of Ute Street N.W. designated for Phase II from <br /> 153rd Avenue N.W. during Phase I. <br /> <br /> 3. No sign has been erected by the Developer <br /> <br /> indicating Ute Street N.W. as the designated <br /> haul route.. <br /> <br />Local residential streets (Waco St N?W , Salish St N.W <br />Juniper Ridge Dr. N.W.) are being utilized on a daily basis <br />contradictory to the Resolution 089-08-232.
