Subd. 1 <br /> <br />Subd. 2 <br /> <br />Article Light Industrial District <br /> <br />Purpose of District <br /> <br />The Light Industrial District is established to provide exemplary <br />standards of development for certain industrial uses that prefer to be <br />located in choice or strategic sites. The Light Industrial District is <br />intended for administrative, wholesaling, manufacturing and related uses <br />which can maintain high standards of appearance, including open spaces <br />and landscaping; limit external effects such as noise, odors, smoke and <br />vibration; and not require a high level of public services.
