Ail buildings <br />shall be sprinkled and contain other fire and life safety standards <br />denoted in N.F.P.A. 101 and subject to Metropolitan Airport Commis- <br />sion regulations. <br /> <br />Minimum building size - 5,000 square feet <br /> <br />Parking and driveways may be constructed to within the following <br />minimum setbacks of property line: <br /> <br />(1) Front yard/corner side yard - 25 feet <br /> <br />(2) Sideyard - 10 feet <br /> <br />(3) Rear yard - 10 feet <br /> <br />If rear yard or side yard parking setback is adjacent to 1-35W or <br />any collector/arterial street as designated in the City's Transpor- <br />tation Plan or residential district, 'the parking setback shall be <br />25 feet. Such setback shall be 50% opaquely screened with berms, <br />shrubs, trees, fence, or a combination thereof. <br /> <br />When a light industrial district is adjacent to any residential <br />district, building setbacks shall be one hundred (100) feet along <br />any side' adjacent to a residen~ial district. <br /> <br />(1) A reduction in the required building setback buffer may be <br /> requested by following the requirements in Section 33.21 <br /> Bufferyard Flexibility. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Not withstanding performance standards in Section 33.00, all activi- <br />ties within this district must comply with all Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency regulations. In addition, no vibration shall be <br />permitted which is discernible beyond the property line to the <br />human sense of feeling for three (3) minutes or more duration in <br />any one (1) hour, and any vibration producing an acceleration of <br />more than 0.1g, or shall result in any combination of amplitudes <br />and frequencies beyond the "safe" range of Table 7, U.S. Bureau of <br />Mines, Bulletin "Quarry Blasting" on any structure. <br /> <br />3!-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
