Kirby <br />Dorsey & Whlteny <br />2200 First Bank Place East <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Kirby: <br /> <br />This is in response to your letter dated January 25, 1990. <br /> <br />A property tax levy by Anoka County that would be used by the Coun:y <br />to make payments under an installment purchase contract to purchase a <br />parking ramp from the City of knoka Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority, and which would be used directly by the Authority to pay <br />the principal and interest on revenue bonds issued by the authority <br />to finance the construction of the parking ramp, would qualify as a <br />special levy under M.S. 275.50, Subd. 5(e) - payments for bonds of <br />another governmental subdivision. <br /> <br />if you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact me. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />RICHARD B.
