Case #3: <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Fleischer's 2nd <br />Addition From R.3 Urban Residential And B-I Business To R- <br />I Urban Residential; Case Of Doioras Fleischer: <br /> <br />Planning Assistant Frolik stated that Doloras Fleischer is requesting approval to rezone the <br />proposed plat of Fteischer's 2nd Addition. The proposed plat currently consists of 3 <br />zonings; B-1 Business, R-3 Urban Residential and R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />The Council proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Findings of Fact #0266 relating to Doloras Fleischer's request to rezone the proposed plat <br />of Fl¢ischer's 2nd Addition from R-3 Urban Residential and B-1 Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve <br />Doloras Fleischer's request to rezone the proposed plat of Fleischer's 2nd Addition from R- <br />3 Urban Residential and B-1 Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cicn <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to introduce <br />Ordinance #89-X rezoning the proposed plat of Fleischer's 2nd Addition to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval Of Morton Addition; Case Of <br />Stanley E. Morton: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Morton Addition is a 3 lot subdivision of 2 existing lots. The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-11-319 approving the final plat of Morton Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Sate Of 1989 Series A, B And C Bonds: <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Thistle of Springsted, Inc. was present to review the bids for the sale of bonds to <br />finance various improvement projects. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-11-320 awarding a contract to Norwest Investment Services for General <br />Obligation Bonds Series 1989A. <br /> <br />City Council/November 28, 1989 <br /> Page 8 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
