Previous park <br />dedication for Lot 3 of this parcel should have occurred under this <br />Ordinance. We will verify this prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is a minor subdivision creating two new lots of <br />approximately 2.5 acres and one-half acre in size. No parks or <br />trails are expected to be developed on this parcel.
