Case #13: Request For Preliminary Concept Approval Of Trott Brook <br /> Ponds Planned Unit Development; Case Of Gerald Bauer: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve <br />the preliminary concept of Trott Brook Ponds PUD as per the City Landscape Architect's <br />Review dated November 29, 1989, the Engineer's Review dated December 12, 1989, and <br />the Park and Recreation Commission recommendations of December 14, 1989; returning <br />thc PUD to the Planning and Zoning Commission for an additional public hearing and <br />review; the PUD being subject to any new items recommended by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and approved by City Council; directing City Staff to begin the appropriate <br />Environmental Reviews; the PUD being subject to any requirements resulting from the <br />Environmental Reviews. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~): <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Carr Addition From <br />R-1 Rural Residential To Planned Unit Development; Case Of <br />Mr. Irv Carr: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart stated that the proposed plat consists of more than 200 acres and over 50% <br />of it would be dedicated for open spaces. Carr Addition also consists of more than 50 <br />unsewered lots and would be subject to an Environmental Review. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Findings of Fact #0268 relating to Mr. Irv Carr's request to rezone the proposed plat of <br />Carr Addition from R- 1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: City Council added Item #13 to Findings of Fact #0268 indicating that <br />accesses to the plat and an eventual street connection with Jarvis Street need to be resolved. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />Mr. Irv Carr's request to rezone the proposed plat of Carr Addition from R-1 Rural <br />Residential to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
