I shouldn't be the one to suffer from his <br />stupid, stubborn and inconsiderate mentality. <br /> <br />I know of some cities around the metro area which have no <br />noise ordinances. Coon Rapids, I believe, has banned <br />A.T.V.'s and snow mobiles, why can't Ramsey do anything? <br /> <br />By law if I have a dog I must keep it quiet. I have heard <br />that I must have permission from the city or neighbors to <br />have more than three cats in my house.
