Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> and Mike Auspos, Police Chief <br /> <br />Background/Observations: <br /> <br />On January 23, 1990, the Ramsey City Council received citizen input from William Proft - 8954 <br />Highway #10 N.W. and Collin Sullivan - 6728 - 153rd Lane regarding their opposition to <br />snowmobiling activities. Upon receiving this citizen input, the City Council directed that the Park <br />and Recreation Comnfission review the issue of snowmobile regulations and that the Commission <br />be provided with copies Representative Lynch's letter to Dave Hartley, City Administrator, Dave <br />Hartley's response letter to Representative Lynch, a copy of citizen input comments from this <br />particulm' Council meeting and a copy of Collin Sullivan's letter to City Council. <br /> <br />For your infom'~ation, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />Letter to Mary Hjelm (January 10, 1990) <br />Letter to Representative Teresa Lynch from David R.
