PUBLIC ItEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular meeting at 8:00 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br /> Off-Sale Liquor License Request Of ADH, Inc. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann c',dled the regular meeting back to order at 8:01 p.m. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve <br />the following items contained in the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1 ) License Applications <br /> Deleted from the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />2) Resolution #90-01-3 approving accounts payable transactions for the period <br /> December 12, 1989 through December 26, 1989 in the amount of $155,201.45. <br /> <br />3) Resolution #90-01-4 ending probationary period for Jo Ann Thieling. <br /> <br />4) Resolution #90-01-5 authorizing purchase of copy machine and three work stations <br /> for the Community Development Deparnnent. <br /> <br />5) Resolution #90-01-6 for the renewal of the joint powers agreement with Anoka <br /> County for the Solid Waste Abatement Programs. <br /> <br />6) Status report of landfill funds. <br /> <br />7) Reappointment of Kenneth Wagner, Bernerd Vevea and Barbara Wiley to the <br /> Economic Development Commission to terms expiring January 3 I, 1993. <br /> <br />8) Introduction of Ordinance amending street width requirements. <br /> <br />9) Resolution gg0-01-7 requesting the Men'opolitan Council grant the City of Ramsey <br /> a Municipal Urban Service Area (MUSA) expansion. <br /> <br /> 10) Report of cash flows for period ending December 31, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
