It <br />is typical that when the snow flies we receive complaints of this nature and attempt to respond to <br />them in the best way we can. In the City of Ramsey, we have an ordinance that deals with the use <br />of snowmobiles on City street right-of-ways, a summary of which I am enclosing. In addition to <br />those requirements, Minnesota Statutes 84.81 through 84.89 refer to snowmobiles, their condition <br />and operation and Statutes 84.0 through 84.9 address the operation of recreational and ATV <br />equipment.
