Builders, Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed plat of The North Forty Third Addition consists of <br />70.26 acres to be subdivided into 26 rural resident/al lots. City Staff recommends final plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution ~30-02-0'55 approving the final plat of The North Forty Third Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
