PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />April 3, 1990 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Charles LaDue (arrived 7:30 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />INTERVIEW <br /> <br />From 7:05 p.m. to 7:25 p.m., the Commission interviewed applicant Bradley Thorud for <br />the vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed from 7:25 p.m. to 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br /> CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart recommended that Case ~5 (Site Plan approval of Northern Die Castings) be <br />tabled as not all of the necessary information has been received. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to approve the <br />agenda w/th the deletion of Case #6 (Site Plan approval of Northern Die Castings). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zirnmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen, Terry and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:37 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission/April 3, 1990 <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
