The Commission proceeded to review the proposed Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend <br />that City Council adopt the proposed Findings of Fact relating to Mr. Wayne Davis' request <br />for a conditional use permit to expand Green Valley Greenhouse. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Terry, <br />Deemer and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend <br />that City Council approve Mr. Wayne Davis' request for a conditional use permit to expand <br />Green Valley Greenhouse. <br /> <br />Further discussion. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and LaDue. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Received Plans for Approved Site Plan for ADH, Inc,'$ Liquor St0r¢ <br />Located in Hauser Addition, <br /> <br />The Commission noted receiving information regarding the final site plan as approved by <br />City Council for ADH, Inc.'s liquor store located in Hauser Addition. <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Rccodificafion. of Sign Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to table the <br />previous recommendation for a moratorium on the erection of billboards pending further <br />information from staff regarding sign ordinance recodification. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, <br />Bawden and Thorud. Voting No: None.
