Outlots <br />are undevelopable unless otherwise determined by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Either the plat itself or a separate instrument should be <br />filed with the plat which covenants the use as recreation and <br />open space since the area'is being used to meet the PUD open <br />space requirements. <br /> <br />Outlots B, D and_E provide segments of public trail and should <br />be deeded to the City for park purposes.
