PRIORITY OF USE: 1. Ramsey Youth Athletic Association 2. Organized groups serving the youth (Community School, public service groups, recreation groups) 3. Other organized groups (Senior Citizens, public service groups, recreation groups) 4. General public 5. Church or religious organizations RULES OF USE: 1. The permit is valid only for date and time specified and must be in your possession. 2. Transfer of the key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys cannot be duplicated. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit and could result in revocation of your reservation privilege. 3. Cars or vehicles must not be parked on any areas other than those provided. You are subject to a parking violation fine if this is disregarded. 4. All equipment should be used for its intended purpose only. Chairs and tables at the Park Center building may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not moved from the building. Your cooperation in the proper use of these facilities is essential in maintaining adequate recreation areas and facilities for your leisure time use. 5. The Ramsey Park Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized groups or the general public except the Ramsey Youth Athletic Association. 6. Picnic areas and skating rinks cannot be reserved to the exclusion of the general public. 7. Smo~ng is not permitted in the Park Center building. 8. Alcoholic beverages shall not be brought on the premise or consumed on City park property or at the Park Center building. 9. All doors must be locked, all lights turned off, and the alarm set.before leaving the Park Center building. 10. You are responsible for clean-up of the areas used. Litter must be placed in the containers provided. The use of glass containers is prohibited. 11. The user of City parks and/or the Park Center building is as an individual and as a group liable for any damage to public or private property or injury to any person resulting from use or presence at City parks and/or the Park Center building. A conviction of vandalism can result in a $700 fine and/or 90 days in jail.
