Since no drive accesses are proposed across the <br />trail, rather than easement, this should be dedicated as park. <br />This encompasses approximately 1.68 acres (35 x 2090). Trail <br />right-of-way would terminate at the easterly boundary of the <br />proposed County Park. <br /> <br />Additionally, 4.2 acres are indicated as open space presumably as <br />a neighborhood park. The total area to be dedicated would be 5.88 <br />acres. This is 70% of total park dedication requirements° The <br />remainder of park dedication would be due as a cash payment.
