Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councitmember DeLuca. Peterson, rich and Pearson, Voting No: None. City Council scheduled Budget Heanngs for November 13, 1990 and December i 1, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. Case #11: Proposed Organization of the City of Ramsey Mr. Hartley noted that the newly proposed organizational chart for the Ci~, of Rarnsey is contained in the Council agenda. City Engineer Steven 2lankowski referred to the Public Works section and noted that some of the job classifications are not listed as they currently exist and the organizational structure should be revised to have seasonal laborers and one maintenance worker reporting to the Parks and Utilities Coordinator. Motion by Councilmember rich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to accept the organizational structure chart with revisions indicated by City Engineer Steven Jankows -ki. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Pearson, DeLuca and Peterson. Voting No: None. Case #12: Business Appreciation Day Mr. Hartley presented a proposed resolution proclaiming September 21, 1990 as Business Development and Appreciation Day. Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution 4~90-08-291 Proclaiming September 21, 1990 as Business Development and Appreciation Day. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, Peterson, DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Case #13: Request from Keep America Beautiful Committee 5/L.,'. Hartley referred to a memo from Project Manager James Gromberg dated August 28, 1990 requesting the purchase of two airline tickets for the National Keep America Beautiful Convention in Washington D.C. The memo explained that the rickets can be purchased at this rime for a cost of $160.00 per round trip ticket compared to last year's cost of $210.00. The memo also notes that the budget included funding for two representatives to attend the national convention in Washington, D.C. Motion bv Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councitm~mbe, ~ ,~arson to approve the purchase of two round-trip air fare tickets for the Nafional'KAB Convention in Washin~on, D.C. Motion carrie.
