RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5, 1990 at <br />the Ramsey M'unicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsev, Minnesota <br />regarding Improvement Project #87-27 (sanitary sewer and watermain trunk line extensions <br />to Juniper Woods Addition). <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gar5.' Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councitmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Peter Raatik. ka, Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Raati 'kka stated that total project cost for #87-27 was $48,680.09, $10,337.12 of <br />which reflectes the costs of services to the Peterson property, leaving an amount to be <br />assessed of $38,342.97. There are 73 units to be assessed for a per unit cost of $525.25. <br />The developer has 30 davs to pay the assessment without incurring any interest or the <br />assessment will be added to the tax rolls for a period of five (5) ,,,ear period at 8.5% <br />interest. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfeh - !51 i i Juniper Ridge Drive - inquired as to which r)hase of Juniper <br />Woods .Addition this hea.,',-in~ applies to.
