DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Da'rid Hartley <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Peter Raatikka, Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Raati -kka stated that actual project cost for #89-14 was $247,114.04, of which the City's share <br />was $4,000.00 leaving $243,114-.04 to be assessed. There are 44 units to be assessed for a per <br />unit cost of $5,525.32. Adding a trunk assessment of $1,357.00 brings the per unit cost to <br />$6,882.32 which is to be assessed over a five (5) year period. Mr. Raatikka noted that the <br />$4,000.00 for the City's share reflects the cost to fill in a ponding area. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Coundlmember Pearson and seconded bv Counciimember DeLuca to adjourn the public <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mavor Reimann. Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
