DeLuca Councflmember Alan Pearson Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley Finance Officer Sandra Ashley CALL TO ORDER Mayor Reimann called the special meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. CITIZEN INPUT None. Mayor Reimann adjourned the special meeting of the City Council at 7:03 p.m. in order conduct the following public hearing: Proposed 1991 General Fund Budget and Payable 1991 Property Tax Lex,>, Mayor Reimann called the reg-ular meeting back to order at 8:43 p.m. after a recess. COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #l: Pro_~osed 1991 General Fund Budget and Paygbl¢ 199I Prooertv Tax Levv, CiLv Administrator David Hartlev stated that it would be most approp~ate to adopt the resolution setting the Payable 199'1 Property Tax Levy fkst and then the resolution setting the 1991 General Fund Budget as one is contingent upon the other. Morion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Reimann to adopt Resolution ~-.~0-11-330 serfing the Payable 1991 Property Tax Lex,>,. Further discussion. Councflmember Pearson asked what would happen if City Council did not pass the resolution. Mr. Hartley stated that ir would result in no: 1~ >ln~ for Taxes would reduce the revenue by approximately $1.051.000.
