<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #13-02-033 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO SELECT A CHAIRPERSON AND ALTERNATE CHAIRPERSON <br />FOR THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , at the first Personnel Committee meeting of the year the committee <br />appoints a Chairperson and alternate Chairperson to serve on the Personnel Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />the Committee wishes to appoint Councilmember Tossey as Chair of the <br />, <br /> <br />Personnel Committee and Councilmember Backous as the alternate <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1.
