The <br />following are the estimates I have made: <br /> <br />Urban sized lot (approx. 80'x135') in <br />a sewered area <br /> <br />$300.00-$350.00 <br /> <br />2. A 1-acre lot in a non-sewered area <br /> <br />$350.00-$400.00 <br /> <br />3.
