Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed site plan. consists of a masonry building measuring 80' x 50' (4,000 squ,are feet). <br />The intended use of the building is a liquor store. The building would be located on Lot 2, Block <br />1, of the proposed Hauser Addition. The proposed project is currently located in a B-1 Business <br />District which will most likely change to a Rural Business District in the near future. Access to the <br />site is proposed to be from both Armstrong Blvd. N.W. as well as 146th Avenue N.W.
