CASE #7: <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN AN EMERGENCY RADIO RECEIVER TOWER; <br />CASE OF ANOKA COUNTY CENTRAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Anoka County Central Conununications is requesting a conditional use permit to construct and <br />maintain an emergency radio receiver tower as part of the 911 radio communications system in <br />Anoka County. Anoka County is currently in the process of a minor subdivision to create a 1/3 <br />acre parcel from Lot 1, Block 3, Autumn Heights, on which to locate the emergency radio tower. <br />The facility would consist of a 50 foot utility pole on which an antenna would be mounted, an 81 <br />square foot equipment shelter and 6 foot fencing encompassing the facility.
