Mn/DOT has no future plans to widen T.H.
47 in this area at the present time, however, additional
right of way should be reserved for future widening. We
suggest that a minimum of 60' of right of way be provided as a
part of the plat.

The proposed street system for this plat should be coordinated
with existing and future streets for the adjacent properties.
The proposed location for 172nd Lane N.W. appears to be
acceptable, however, we would prefer to have it moved farther
south if possible. .Mn/DOT will require construction of turn
lanes for this street. Access to lots abutting T.H. 47 and
172nd Lane N.W. should be located as far west as possible.

G\
