City of Ramsey, Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />2013 BUSINESS EXPO <br />REGISTRATION FORM <br />Saturday, May 4, 2013 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Fountains of Ramsey Event Center, 7533 Sunwood Drive NW <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Ramsey EDA is proud to announce that it will be sponsoring the 2013 Ramsey Business EXPO. This event is an <br />opportunity for residents and visitors to learn about products and services offered by participating businesses. It <br />is also an opportunity for business -to -business networking. Admission to the event is FREE! The EXPO will focus <br />on Ramsey area retail, service, restaurant, and other industries. 300-600 patrons are expected to attend this <br />event. <br />DETAILS <br />Cost: Ramsey businesses $30.00, all others $45.00. Electricity is an additional $5 charge. <br />To reserve your spot, please complete the reservation form, enclose your registration fee and return it no later <br />than Wednesday, April 24, 2013. <br />Space is limited and is available on a first -come -basis. Preference will be given to non-merchant/craft type <br />vendors. Merchant vendors will be placed on a waiting list; and will be notified if their application was accepted <br />by Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Examples include, Mary Kay, Jewelry Vendors, 31 Gifts, Scensty, Pampered Chef, etc. <br />Exhibitors (businesses) will be provided a 3 ft. by 6 ft. table and two chairs for their 8 ft. X 10 ft. display area. <br />Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own display items, table coverings, give-away items, etc. <br />If your display and/or activity includes liquids, or anything else that could stain or otherwise damage the carpet, <br />please bring a floor covering of some sort to place underneath your exhibit area. <br />Set-up of booths will be allowed on May 3 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and May 4 from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. <br />REGISTRATION FORM <br />Business/Organization Name <br />Business/Organization Address <br />Contact Name <br />Contact Email Contact Phone <br />Amount Enclosed Electricity ($5 charge)?
