Industrial Park Plat 3 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Zimmerman: <br /> <br />We have reviewed the proposed site plan for Parabody, Inc. and <br />offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1. Ail final plans must be certified by an architect or engineer. <br /> <br />2. Lot/Plattinq <br /> <br />The proposed 10 acre parcel is currently a part of an outlot <br />which is proposed to be platted. An easement for storm water <br />drainage and a storm water retention basin may also be <br />required. <br /> <br />Prior to construction, sewer, water and stormwater would need <br />to be addressed. <br /> <br />3. Street & Utility Construction <br /> <br />Extension of utilities would be the responsibility of the <br />developer unless the project was done as a City project under <br />tax increment financing. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />The proposed development is in the urban I-1 industrial <br />district and would need sanitary sewer extended to it. The <br />existing sanitary sewer lies south of the property <br />approximately 360'.
