This material would be used to replace the <br />muck that would be excavated in the vicinity of Trott Brook. <br /> <br />The contractor is proposing to stockpile up to 10,000 cubic yards <br />on the City park property in Autumn Heights located west of County <br />Road 83 and south of 167th Lane N.W. The remaining muck excavation <br />is proposed to be placed on the farmland that is being used for the <br />borrow site. It is the intent of the City to use the stockpiled <br />material for enrichment of topsoil in the City's parks. <br /> <br />Section 170.017M of the City Code re.~uires that the applicant <br />provide the following items: <br /> <br />A map showing existing site conditions. <br />A map showing proposed operations. <br />A map showing an end use plan. <br />A map of the designated haul roads. <br />A soil erosion and sediment control plan. <br />A plan for dust and erosion control. <br />A description of the phases of the operation including a <br />schedule for restoration. <br />A restoration plan. <br />Location of any wells on site. <br />Location of any proposed dewatering operations. <br />An analysis of the earth materials to be used in filling. <br />Any other information requested by the City staff, planning <br />commission or City Council. <br /> <br />2.
