The lot areas <br />vary from approximately one acre on Lot 1 to approximately 12 <br />acres on Lot 3. The minimum lot area for industrial zones is <br /> <br />o~e acre· <br /> <br />Access to the proposed lots will be from County Roads 57 and <br />!16. Access permits will have to be obtained from the County. <br /> <br />Anoka County maintains the County roads.
