Douglas Fountain - Stated that Robert Wojcik has been sited numerous times for violations <br />at his previous place of business, Wojcik Auto Sales, and at his current place of business, <br />Ramsey Auto Sales. Considering all the violations and problems with these car lots, he <br />recommends that City Council deny the conditional use permit on the property. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson.
