NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 1, 1988 at 7:30 <br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Wally <br />Anderson for preliminary plat approval of Cedar Hills on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 26, Township <br />32, Range' 25~' and' the north 504.50 feet of the southeast quarter of <br />the southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the proposed preliminary plat. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
