Erosion
control barriers will be used during the earthwork operations of site development to prevent
sedimentation into wetlands and to contain runoff within the site. At the completion of site grading
all areas disturbed by grading will be mulched. The storm~ater will be directed
through swales and pipes to magnesium pond. Storn~vater runoff will remain approximately the
same. See exhibit V. Sanitary wastewater is estimated as follows: ll$ single family units x
3.2 PE/unit x 75 gal/PE/day = 27,600 G.P.D.
