Construction related air pollution would be generated from earthwork and construction <br />machinery relative to the development of the site. <br />Post construction air pollution ~ould be of resiOential quality i.e. auto e~nisstons. <br />This project hah a design capacity of between 200-300 parKin~ spaces. MPCA uses <br />a threshold of 1,000 parkin~ spaces as the minimum requirin9 an air quality analysis, <br /> <br />b.) <br /> <br />Dust: <br />Construction related oust is a possibility because of the earthwork relateC activities <br />associated wi~h land development, lo minimize the Oust possibility, earthwork activities <br />will be done as early in the season as possible and sprinkling of ?aOed areas Hill be done <br />i~ necessary.
