PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />GREEN VALLEY GREENHOUSE <br />6530 GREEN VALLEY ROAD <br /> P.I.N. 03-32-25-41-0001 <br /> June 27, 1990 <br /> <br />That on. ,1990 a conditional use permit was issued to Wayne Davis to expand <br />the Green Valley Greenhouse located at 6530 Green Valley Road. The subject property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement to Rural Coop Power Association. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br />use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That any future expansions in the form of permanent structures at the site of the Green <br />Valley Greenhouse must be reviewed and approved by the City as an amendment to this <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the access and all off-styeet parking and loading areas shall be surfaced with blacktop <br />or concrete. <br /> <br />That the subject property shall be maintained in a manner compatible with that of the <br />surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and <br />shall be reviewed annually by City Staff and is subject to revocation for violations pursuant <br />to those procedures as required by City Code. <br /> <br />Wayne Davis hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has reviewed <br />the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this <br />permit. <br /> <br />33 <br /> <br /> <br />
