REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT <br /> ADDITION; CASE OF GOOD VALUE HOMES, INC. <br /> By: Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CASE <br />POND <br /> <br />gl <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 28, 1990, the Community Development Office received a telephone call from Mr. John <br />Peterson of Good Value Homes, Inc. indicating that he was unable to meet the time frame <br />deadlines to have the preliminary plat of Chestnut Pond Addition addressed on the July 3, 1990 <br />Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The public hearing on this subject had been scheduled and advertised for July 3, 1990. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City staff recommends conducting the public hearing and rather than adjourning, continue it until <br />the regular meeting in August. At that time, Good Value Homes, Inc. should have had all of their <br />information submitted to the City for review. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Auomey <br />City Engineer <br />Acting Community Development Director <br /> <br /> Chief of Police <br /> Finance Officer <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission ..
