Planning Memo <br />June 6, 1990- <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Staff and Consultants, if you wish;'- (Elk River will invite <br />their consulting engineer) will meet separately from citizen <br />planners in at least one of the two small group sessions. <br />Staff is asked to bring enough copies of land use, zoning maps, <br />plans for road corridors (collectors) and parks to be located <br />on or near boundaries to share with the Staff of the cities <br />they share boundaries with. <br /> <br />We will meet in Elk River. I will let you know where as soon <br />as I get the RSVP and surveys back. The date will be July 17, <br />at 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. sharp. <br /> <br />It is very important to me that you promptly return your survey <br />and the number attending from your group.
