NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNF. SOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 3, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Good Value Homes to rezone the <br />proposed plat of Chestnut Ponds from I-1 Industrial to R-1 Urban Residential. The proposed plat <br />consists of 23 +/- acres and is proposed to be developed with eighteen (18) urban residential lots <br />and one (1) ouflot. The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 790 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for a <br />rezoning. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
